Net profit $190/a I bought this place as a hobby/wildlife/hunting property. But beginning to see some value in farming it. I have about 80k in machinery investment. Tractor, planter, sprayer, wagons, disc, But I need the hunting more than I need the $ from farming. But the winter wheat this fall has been the best wildlife event ever, And it is supposed to be a pheasant nesting magnet.
