The proper way to handle that is to contact your post office post master. Don't fire off on the carrier. Report each incident daily if need be.
Had the same thing happen a few years back. I'd go to the mail box and pick up wrong mail and come in and call. Didn't take but a couple of weeks and had a new carrier that does the job right.
