Got shingles on the left side of my neck during a strike. Dr. asked what I was doing lately to add stress to my life, particularly since I only had them on one side of my body?
I was a manager and had to work repair for a phone company. I was climbing poles and as all the terminal boxes were set on the right side of the pole, I had to reach out and work with my right hand. I am left handed and it was a strain to first off be 25 feet up in the air, and next to lean way out and force my right hand to cut off and terminate the wires.

Still occasionally get little prickly sensation after all these years from nerve damage. Dont ever want to go there again. Got the shot last year as I was old enough to qualify.
