Yep, laying still in that thing sucks. If you have rotator cuff problems, do not put off surgury. Mine was bad by time I had it checked. The surgeon told me the next morning in the hospital, that I may never use my arm again. He had to hunt for tendons to put it back together. That has been about 6 years ago. I have full use (almost), but it hurts alot. It is hurting pretty bad this morning as I sit here typing. Spent the last 2 days putting up 16 foot rough cut 2x6 ceiling joists in my shop. By myself. Again, do not let it go too long before having it fixed if it is rotator cuff problems. Richard in NW SC
