Wrecked my shoulder 35 years ago. At the time surgery would nave been major and I was told it was to risky. 30 years of pain. 5 years ago I had a ladder slip on ice and down I went on my shoulder. I got an MRI. It showed two tendons torn. One was 80% torn. I got micro surgery. In and out the same day. After doing nothing for two months and only physio for four months I am retired with no shoulder pain. Still working at building up the muscle. It was definitely worth taking six months off. Dave
