I always list things as 'no returns accepted'. I don't want to waste time mailing things to people who buy them on impulse and then want to return them. I had one person open a case about some gears I had listed but I had described them as being heavily worn and taken several pictures that showed the wear pretty clearly so eBay decided it in my favor. I don't sell nearly as much on there as I used to but there are some things that it really pays to sell on there instead of any other way. I sold an old violin last winter that I had picked up at an antique shop and I saw another one like it that was for sale at the same time that had been listed, sold and returned 3 or 4 times and each time the auction ended at a lower price. I picked 'no returns' and got a good price and didn't have to worry about it. That violin had some damage too but it was a good enough one to begin with that it was worth the while of the buyer to pay to have a pro repair it and again I documented the condition in text and photos quite carefully. If it would just start when I turn the key, then I would use it more often. In addition to a bad case of old age, most of the tractor's original electrical system was simply too unreliable to keep. The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr
