I start with a half pound of Jimmy Dean pork sausage, cook it up. Scoop the meat out of the pan and ad a quarter cup of butter to the pan. Stir it into the sausage grease. Then I ad about a quarter cup All Purpose flour. Keep stirring till slightly browned. Stir the sausage back in. Ad about two cups whole milk and bring to a boil stirring continuously. Grind in black pepper and about 4 or 5 shakes of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce.[Had to get the bottle from fridge to spell] Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
