If you are talking about part #26, I've done it with an appropriately sized length of steel pipe that would slide over the shaft, effectively working similar to a slide hammer, it did not take much to get it off, worked well as I recall. Measure up and compare pipe diameters, it had to be something common as I recall I went to my scrap pile to find it. Now this was with the shaft removed and out as you have yours, I actually forget if part of it was also pushing off the cast piece that you unbolt from the differential housing, either or, it should be a straight up simple job, seal is easy, and I recall using care during reassembly to locate the sleeve properly.
