Your Deere guy can get you that belt as well, not much more expensive than online. I popped the belt on my AC-B/Woods L-59 a couple of times. I tried online the first time, got within a couple of inches, but couldn't contact them. I stopped in at my local Deere dealer, they measured the belt, had a replacement in a couple of days, about the same time as it would have by shipping directly to me, about the same price. Maybe a little more. From memory, belt is something like 212" in my case. That mower looks like the guy one of my neighbors had behind the 8N he used to have. In his case, an occasional grease of the zerks would have saved him lots of trouble. He paid $400 for his, let it set outside all of the time with his Golden Jubilee, and they both suffered so badly that he lost his butt when he sold the Jubilee, and told the guy that he had to take all of the impliments or no deal. When I found out he sold the mower too, I told him I would have given him $100 for it instead of him pretty much paying someone to take it away. I'd have greased it up, replaced pulleys and blades, oil, and put it to work as a 3pt finisher for my 950. A couple of years ago he went out and bought himself a Ford 641 with a bush hog and doesn't take any better care of them then he did the Jubilee, but its his money, so...
