Went 7-1/2 years to one, community of anabell mo. had the same teacher the whole time, this was in the 50's. Moved to another farm during Christmas break, finished 8th and went through high school there. Never hated anything as bad as that place, kids had no manners, teachers didn't care. Used to skip a lot early spring and fall, but I went home to help, so dad let it slide.
