I just did some googleing and found a link to Autozone repair guide that says on that one you have to drop the tank. How big of bill are you talking about ? and what all else might they of done too it ? If your in the rust belt it may of needed new straps and even lines ? An OEM pump would likely be expense too. An aftermarket may not be as many of those are on the road.
