Oddly enough, local paper (Oregonian) had a nice spread this AM (Saturday) on someone in Ireland spending three years duplicating the High Cross of Clonmacnoise, to be shipped here for Celtic oriented souls. Don"t know how to make a link, but punch up Oregonian or Oregonlive.com and the papers website, with the story, should come up. (Living section, pg D1, 6-9 Sunrise Ed). Many, many truly fascinating old stories (fables?/legends?? /broken,fragmented history?) out of pre-Christian and early Christian times in your part of the world!) (Maybe the coincidence is a sign?
