Picking fruit trees especially peach trees is a very local thing because of a thing called chilling hours.(temperature below 45) Pick a tree with to many chilling hours for your area and it may never bloom because the tree did not have enough rest time. Pick a tree with to little chilling hours for your area and it will sprout early and you run the risk of late frost killing your blooms.
I can not plant any of the trees you have listed because I do not get enough chilling hours for them. I only get 500 chilling hours a winter at most and some years it can be a lot less so I plant trees with about 400 chilling hours and hope for the best. A list of chilling hours for my state for the winter of 2012 to 2013. Alexandria - 595 Baton Rouge - 453 Lake Charles - 92 Hammond - 493 Bossier City - 729
The trees you picked need these chilling hours to bloom properly.

So now the question is what is the chilling hours for your area.
