Depends on what software you have. I just click on a pic, then right click and go up to Open With, then pick Paint and click on that. On the top, check resize. It will open another screen that asks what percent you want the pic. Use basic math, divide the current size into the desired size for posting, which is 640 X 480. Type the percent into the box and it will size the picture to close to the best dimensions for posting. Click close and save the pic and it is ready to post.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo filesizes should be less than 300K and Videos, less than 2MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
