I am not sure what the difference in "parts per Billion" is ,, but I'm betting that it is minimal..and this is a lot of hype over nothing.. A few years ago the EPA around here "lowered" the amount of "Parts per billion" of archnic allowed in the water, now the water in a little town north of me was out of tolerance with the new ratting, and the EPA deemed that the water was unsafe now... the mothers in the school area went crazy,, their kids cold not drink the water now,, so emergency water was hauled in,, the town had to arrange for a new water line to be layed in from a neighboring town that was more than ready to sell them water and after a great amount of money was spent the water was deemed "safe" again.. Now no one thought anything was wrong "before" the EPA lowered the amount rating,, and some of the oldest people in the area lived in that town all their lives with no health issues ( several over 100 years old),,but because of the rating changes and the Hype of it all the people went off the deep end over it,, and I am sure the same thing is happening in Flint...

The young person asking questions received positive feedback and advice from total strangers who "told it like it is" with the care many reserve for their own kids. The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
