If the implement is raised to the top and a bit more, the system tends to get jammed in the hold position. Make sure the hose is installed in the front left elbow. It is worse in the rear port on that side. Measure the rod length where it comes out of the light bar bracket. When it is pushed in with the implement down, make a chalk mark on the rod. when it is stuck, look at the chalk mark. If the rod is not all the way to the mark, my idea is happening. try not raising it beyond the willingness of the auto hold feature from working. (HOW) when lifting, the rod will latch in the lift position (let go of it) and the implement will continue to lift till the limits of the cylinder are reached, then the pressure unlatches the valve and the rod will go in to the hold position. If your loader or implement requires pressure that will not allow the rod to latch back, and you must hold it back to lift, the pressure is going to set the rod in a hard to lower condition. Use larger cylinders or more modest load to prevent this. Our M and SH stage one both do this when we lift with the loader beyond reasonable loads. Pushing in the ever to lower it can be difficult.
