I worked on the combine today and tried to start it but couldn't get get the starter to engage I don't hear the solenoid clicking but the voltage regulator will click? Is there some safety switch Im not realizing? Also the clutch pedal doesn't want to move but it might rusted linkage the combine has sat for 2 years . Also I have juice to the starter and such.
