When we do auctions, whoever provides the food wagon, fire department, church, high school band or others are required to provide enough trash cans for the auction. I will tell them about how many cans I figure we will need. They usually do a walk thru after the auction for cleanup. The food vendor receives 100% of the profit from the food sales as well as a donation from me for the cleanup. There is no need to trash the auction site but it is done regardless of the amount of trash cans available. Drawbar pins are 1 item that will come up missing at any farm auction. I've tried to leave the pins in wagons ect. so the buyer will have them to pull the equip't home, and the farmers will pull them and put them on the small items wagons that we're gonna sell from. Seems they just can't stand seeing those pins not where they belong LOL. Just my thoughts, Keith
