I also think the nation is in as much danger now as any time since WWII. Our leaders need to face the fact that our style of government does not work in most of these Third world places. Germany and Japan worked because they where a stable nation BEFORE the wars not as a result of the war. The Mideast and Africa have NEVER had stable governments so there is no foundation for one now. The trouble is that the Mideast can export the radical terrorism world wide in this modern era.
