And then here is a picture of the newest tractor! A 1948 Super A! Tiny little guy, but cute!! Mom loves it, I really like it too. Rear tires are OK, fronts are pretty bad. Runs and drives great, got it from the guy, and he told me "don't know what the issue is, can't make it run". Drove 3 hours one way yesterday to go look at it (too the trailer of course) and, well, I turned the fuel on when I got there, and it fired right up..... Runs awesome.... Has a 2 way plow set up on it too, but none of the plows! :(
The biggest score of this tractor though, came once I got it home. The mans wife gave me an envelope when I was there, she said it had the original manual in it. Didn't think twice about it, just said thanks and brought it home.
Inside, folded up all nice, was this Lubrication Chart, for the Super A tractors.... Can't find another one like it? I am thinking that it must be pretty rare. What a good survivor too at that! looks like it is new!!! Imagine that, no one used it! :P Anyone know anything about these things??
