they are good tractors. West Virginia DOH used them as side arm cutter mowers for years & auctioned them off in varying conditions, so used spare parts should not be too much of an issue. Don't know whether they're still selling them at surplus or not. You can check their auction info for that. I must've seen 40 of'em sold over the 10 years I was watching their auctions. Can't answer any other of your questions.
