Kent, no problem. I should have stated that there is no connection from an oil line to the governor (see figure #10 upper photo) like in an A or G. As you know that fitting connects with the governor and is a direct connection from the oil filter via line # 13 (upper photo). Figures #1 and #2 from my original picture of page 15-2 is listed as an oil indicator line on page 15-3. It does not connect to the governor via any line but through the extra hole in the gasket (# 38 in lower photo) as shown. This is where I think the blockage is and where the original leak started from. I ran across the same thing in a 70 puller we worked on last spring.
