i have an oliver super 55 gas tractor and its always ran great till a couple months back every now and then when you would throttle up on it it would rev out of control it got to where it did it more and more now it either idles or revs to the moon there is no in between if anyone has any ideas or has had this problem and figured it please by all means help ive gone through the govener and replaced the thrust washer i dont know if there is linkage issues or not cause i cant find any pictures of how its all supposed to look when you pull back on the throttle lever the govener pulls back till the throttle linkage to the carb flops the carb wide open
