It is king of sad when you have to worry about liability when you are playing. Because of insurance concerns one of our tractor clubs has stopped anyone without a drivers license even riding on a tractor. Another club is ignoring the problem but every member at a show is a safety watcher. The plowing club still allows juniors to plow. My kids and grand kids started driving on my knee as soon as they are big enough and by themselves at 7 or 8. They start on the garden tractors to learn starting and stopping. Anytime they drive I am very close and they start very slow but they love it. The ground here is level and they don't ride if I'm working, I figure if you start them young and stress safety they will practice that in the future. If we don't get their interest when they are young, it is too late by the time they are 16. What are we going to do with all this equipment if there is no one to leave it to. Dave

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
