Does the power steering work OK yet even when the rest of the hydraulics doesn't? If the steering still works and the hydraulics do not, the priority valve has shut off the rest of the hydraulics. As JDSeller has stated that occurs at about 1700 psi. When a sudden drop in pressures happens, but you still have steering, the stroke control valve gets hung up and won't allow full pressure. When this occurs, I remove the stroke control valve, start the engine for a few seconds, thoroughly clean the stroke control valve and reinstall the valve. It does not take much of a flake of anything to hang up the stroke control valve. I suspect when you serviced the tractor, something broke loose and lodged in the stroke control valve.
