I have my vehicles covered through USAA. Have always received great service. Have had a few claims over the years, but never notice any large increases because of them. Have even gotten a few refunds when their losses were lower than normal.
As DJB said their homeowners is fussy. When we moved into our current place they had a list of demands of what needed to be fixed. We were able to negotiate and gain some time, but in the end switched to a different company that would just not cover the failing barn. The oddest of the repair required was the old 2 holer had a tree leaning on it that they wanted removed. They never noticed that there was no back wall! Tree is still there but the outhouse is gone. There was also an old horse barn that was in real bad shape. It was kinda challenging to explain how it fell over and caught fire early one Sunday morning.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
