I guess this would be a barn quilt story.......Two years ago my cousin, who has made dozens of quilts, came to our annual family gathering with a couple of her quilts as she wanted to hang them on the side of our barn to photograph them. I had joked with her, "We could just hang them all out and cover the whole barn." She took my comments and ran with them, so the following summer we did it! In spite of a number of skeptics who thought we were crazy, all in attendance had fun and we even got a photo on the front page of the local newspaper, and an article in Lancaster Farming also.
