Probably not gonna help you on something that new, but - I had a similar situation with a guy who sells parts for pre 1939 tractors (Rice Equipment). I forget what the part was, but it was only $2.00, and shipping was gonna be $11.95. He said he'd put it in an envelope and mail it . He never even charged me the $2.00! I mailed him a $5 when I got the part, and we both were happy.
