That truck should be a 216 engine and it came with 7:00 X 17" tires. If someone switched wheels without chainging rear ends it will be very slow with 15" wheels and they were slow to start with. I learned to drive on one like that and it was in family since it was 3 months old. Traded it off in 76 when the body was falling off and breaks were shot and could not get new drums. Still have orignal owners manual around someplace.
