John T has posted on the IH forum in recent days. If you take the time to look, you will see there is a forum for those who pass on. Unfortunately, informing us is probably the least of the survivors worries...so we do not necessarily know when someone passes on. There are several people who have passed away that I miss. There are others who have left us for reasons of their own. A close knit group on Tales came under attack a couple years back and packed up and moved on...although many of those are still hanging around, providing a good deal of interesting comments. I kinda miss a fella who went by the handle ScottyHomey (or such). Back in the day, I could not thread a needle unless either the needle or thread came with an instruction sheet. Scotty walked me thru a lot of things on and off forum and really gave me a love of repairing things and the satisfaction that comes from doing so. He was not working when I first knew him, then found a job that interested him and gradually disappeared.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
