Left one done a couple years ago now at work idiot over loaded conveyor belt (in a hurry for break needed a cigarette) boxes got jammed and safety stop not working I got it cleared but i limped along for a month went to doc said I pulled a muscle in the back something in the neck and a uncertain on shoulder. One month of therapy back and neck ok but shoulder still bad my idea take x ray his idea therapy it's workman's comp after 2 months it's still sore and after he gets done yanking on it and it's real bad. Don't really know the outcome but I'm worried. Whatever you do make sure you do the exercise friend was busy milking and running the farm he didn't do it now his wife has to help him get dressed possible total shoulder replacement. Good luck
