This is the best shot I can find of the duals on our 1855. They're slightly different in that instead of all the holes around it, it just has what's basically angle iron welded all the way around the inside to create the lip for the clamps to grab onto.
For the ones you show, you must have to remove the nut/hardware, slide the threads through the hole with the hook towards the tractor, and then put the hardware back on. To install, I always have to drive up onto a block to be able to get the ring inside the rim, and then push it in the rest of the way, atleast until you can get one of the top hooks to grab the eye on the tractors wheel. From there you start to tighten and install more clamps, being careful to tighten as evenly as possible.
