I picked up a used flail mower. It was run by a tractor mounted hydraulic pump. What a big mess of big stiff hoses, and control valves. The pump and mounting weighs over a hundred pounds. All the stuff was left out in the rain. Most of the hydraulic stuff will end up in my iron pile. The mower uses a Ford flail mower gear box, like my other mower. It will mount right on the mower, in place of the hyd. motor.Does anyone have any leads on a scrap yard that may sell used mower parts? This is a Dandle mower which is not made anymore. Thanks.Stan
