I have gone to Sears store nearby and asked for parts for a Craftsman PRO drill, no longer manufacutered. Sales guy showed me how to look up parts numbers for each and every part, and he ordered the individual parts for me. Might have been on a Sears micro-fiche, I forget. Came in the mail a week later. Also, as I remember there was a Sears parts warehouse someplace, I could go and find parts...... somehow, I forget. I'd go to nearest Sears store and talk to them.
