Great story. I was dating a girl from Texas and took her home to meet the parents and extended family on Thanksgiving day. After she helped all the aunts prepare a turkey feast and was going to help the aunts do the dishes but they told her to spend some time with me. The men would always go outside on the farm and shoot clays while the women cleaned up dishes and then they would play poker. During the shooting one of my uncles challenged my girl friend to shoot some clays with my 870 12 gauge. Well, she strapped on the shell pouch, grabbed the 870 and put on a clinic on busting clays leaving my uncles speechless. After that, she was included in the men's inner circle from that day on....by the way...she got a Browning 20 gauge from me for Christmas. She then knew I was going to ask her to marry me. Best decision I've ever made.
