I read it all thru the day and just shook my head.What really gets me is the people that defend the manager who made the real mistake.
Guy who bought and payed for it went back and got the attitude.And then to top it off the gal says that isn't the first one she sold that cheap.You would think the boss would have an idea of what shes selling.
Ive tried to get parts from Habor Freight. That's a joke in itself. Email for parts never works and they don't answer the 800# either. Went to the store in Ferguson Mo. to get some help. The manager there says SHE is payed to run the store not the web site.
There's a new store being built that I can see from my house. I'll drive to the next town over that has a store that sells AMERICAN MADE high quality tools .
