I have a mid to late 70's Ford 535 backhoe, yes I know it isn't really a tractor but under it's skin it is, it just has accessories at each end. It is based on the same chassis as the tractor only during the same production years.
The power steering doesn't work, but the pump works (leaks a little) I suspect there is something other mechanical that I don't know about yet.
Would appreciate it very much if someone could supply me with a copy of the manual page of the steering system of your comparable unit. I do not have any manual for this machine and when I complete my construction project someone else will enjoy ownership of my 535. I am sure that the system can be fixed if I learn just what to look for.
