M Man, I hear your story and have argued with E Bay before. As far as making a buyer complete the sale GOOD LUCK ON THAT ONE LOL. As an attorney I can tell you its pretty hard for a Court to force a buyer to buy something if he changes his mind. SURE there are remedies and damages for Breach of Contract but e Bay is no help there. E Bay could "punish" a party but not letting them buy or sell perhaps but they usually just don't do anything in my experience for either Buyers or Sellers. The sale isn't complete until the buyer actually pays and the seller accepts and delivers. Despite all that I have bought and sold a ton over the years and sure some buyers or sellers have backed out HOWEVER you can get your money back via e bay, just no product delivery THIS GOES WITH THE TERRITORY ON E BAY UNFORTUNATELY. When I have sold something it doesn't leave my hands until I'm paid in full perhaps via Pay Pal which has always worked fine. I sold an RV once and was talking to my buyer on the phone and told him he could pick it up once I had the remaining $10,000 and he instantly paid it on Pay Pal as we were talking and I went to Pay Pal and had it transferred to my bank. That all cleared and he came later and drive it home. I'm most cases I demand cash in hand before it leaves.

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
