The tire industry says start thinking of replacing starting at 4 to 5 years and 7 years max no matter how good they look and that will depend on your use. The hardest things on trailer tires is setting around not used under inflated and ran under inflated. The sunlight also is hard on tires. If your trailer is showing that much wear at that mileage it might be time to check axle aliment.
