Parts shouldn't be a particular problem for either. What isn't available through the main line parts suppliers should be in the aftermarket... The biggest worry I'd have with the Ford is the condition of the block. That generation was known to pinhole, particularly if the cooling system wasn't properly maintained. So that could cost you some money for a bore/sleeve job if it does leak. Aside from that it's pretty well bomb proof. I'm not really familiar with the MF faults... other than the multi-power probably has an over running clutch that will not hold back in high.... which sucks in my opinion. If the Ford has dual power, it's a far superior system. Ford will also have better hydraulics in my opinion... Also, if you feed any ether into the Massey you can plan on spending money.
