I have just flushed out the old oil from my 1964 ford 4000 row crop tractor. I have a service Manuel that says to add half and half stuff on and on etc. anyways.... I stop by new holland dealer here in my town they have that master gold brand ( hydraulic and or transmission oil ) ? My question is: would it be better to use a straight 90 W gear lube in the transmission or is the master gold stuff alright to use in both tranny and hydraulic housing areas? I have read some guys on here are using that ATF stuff ?
