I had one like that for years & used it a lot. I smoked meats & chicken. I liked fruit woods best for the flavor. I made my own chips from apple or pear trees branches. The meat comes out moist & with good flavor. You have to remember they smoke the meat & don't cook the meat like a grill. The only negatives are they are slow & your have to learn your meats by weight, thickness, & outside temperature because when you open the lid you let all the heat out but once you learn how long to smoke a certain weight or thickness meat they work good. They are worthless in the winter as they just don't get hot enough.
