I think I did once, on a computer I ordered over the phone. It arrived without the programs they had promised. I called, and they sent them, but with some kind of statement saying that I agreed to keep it as long as they provided the stuff. It all got returned and I got my money back.
A month ago I was at the county office trying, once again, to get some property records straight. Not mine, but property I'm interested in. Finally got someone's attention. Took some paper work from the first floor clerks office up to the 5th floor real property office. (They apparently don't do that?) The guy at real property(fortunately I had dealt with him in the past) said they just did updates, so it could be a month. A couple days later I checked on line and it was fixed!!!!!!!!
