Well, for what it's worth, I bought a bearing the other day..Federal Mogul brand....that's an old line company. Made in Poland. Can the Poles makes good bearings? Sure. Most anybody can...doesn't mean they always do. The Chinks build certain items that require high quality...(ie., the best quality) like say, the bearings used in jet engines that they manufacture. They can do it....just doesn't mean they are selling them to us....yet. Would I rather they were made here? DUH! Of course I would. The US makers have fled the country in pursuit of cheap labor. Have Wong Dong make it and stamp their name on it. We end up using them because that is all there is to buy.
