A guy at work had a heavy part on a hoist, and it fell and it broke. He said he had done it that way a hundred times. That is the way it is folks. It was SAFE to do it that way until it WASN"T. We have ALL been there. Most of us have been lucky enough to learn from our mistakes without serious injury.
