Based on the pictures and information you have given us, I would start at around $1500 if the engine turns over, though you might be able to go a little higher. If it doesn't turn over, then probably around $1000.
If you use the hand crank on the front you should be able to tell if the engine is stuck or free. Another way to tell is to slowly tow it in gear behind a truck and let the clutch out. This will tell you both if the engine is free and if the clutch works.
Personally I would keep the tractor if I were you and get it running, considering your great grandfather bought it new.
If you still want to sell it, may I ask where are you located? I might be interested in it if you aren't too far away.
