I have been dealing with shoulder painit since New Years Eve. I fell on it, finally got in to see a good doctor, had the MRI and it showed two torn tendons. He gave me three choices, I can do nothing, have cortisone shots or surgery. Non of which will give full range of motion. In the mean time I was at a farm show and a fellow gave a bottle of Udder Comfort cream, said had had the same injury as me and he used this and excercised the shoulder and it is good as new now. I can say this, it does take the pain away. Every night I massage this cream in and take a couple ibuprofen and it does not hurt. Oh sure it still hurts mow and then but it is getting better. Might an alternative for you
