if you let the clutch out the engine stalled. I
removed the top cover from the transmission and tried
to move the shift arms via a prybar...no luck. I then
found that if I rotated the engine backwards a half rev
or so I could move the shifters and get it back in neutral.
I found that my shifting guide plate under the trans mission
cover was badly worn which caused the problem. I built it
up with a MIG welder and filed back to the original shape.EEA
