First of all, always mention whether you have the 1965-75 2110 that was built by Ford or the 1980s 2110 built by Shibura. They are completely different tractors. Secondly if you are thinking you should have down pressure on your 3 point that is not the way they work. Except for an an aftermarket Gannon kit that would add down pressure Ford Never had down pressure on the 3 point. Ever. If your lift arms are not lowering at all that is another issue - probably the unloader valve in the lift cover under the seat. If that is your problem I would ask on the Ford Forum at the link below. Just a heads up, if you don't have a repair manual for your tractor that is the first thing they will tell you that you need to do.
