Add to your list: Other than a 10" deep hole for latrine, which gets covered (upon single use) no digging. No cutting of, climbing, or damaging trees or bushes. No cutting of fences. No wandering into the building area, no building access even in a storm. No driving any powered equipment or vehicles except as noted in the agreement. No Water or supplies are available at the residence. Poisonous plants and plants you may be allergic to, are present. It is your responsibility to avoid these. Wildlife is not to be chased or harassed. All equipment and machines are not to be touched or sat on, even it it looks inviting. Do not invite others to your camp. do not cut trenches around your tent, use a ground tarp. Alcohol use should be controlled such that it is not an issue. There shall be no illegal drug use.
